  1. What is Refer Secure?
    1. Refer Secure is a secure, easy-to-use appointment scheduling tool for Auto and Home Insurance available to Primerica customers through Answer Financial.

  2. Who is Answer Financial?
    1. Answer Financial is a trusted Primerica strategic partner, working with Primerica representatives and customers since 2007. We are one of the largest insurance agencies in the nation. We have more than 20 top-rated insurance companies on our platform and a dedicated agent team, called SecureEdge, for Primerica clients. Over 3.5 million vehicles and homes have been insured through Answer Financial.


Site Questions

  1. Is there a Refer Secure app?
    1. No, there is currently no app for Refer Secure, but the site is mobile-friendly. You should have no problem using Refer Secure from the most popular smartphones and tablets.
  2. I am having issues with Refer Secure. What should I do for support?
    1. You can reach out to Answer Financial by emailing PrimericaSupport@answerfinancial.com.

Appointment Questions

  1. How do I submit an appointment request?
    1. Fill out your Primerica rep information, complete the customer information section, select a date/time/agent for the appointment, and check the outbound customer consent. Submit the appointment request and let Answer Financial handle the rest.
  2. What is the difference between referring to a specific agent or any agent?
    1. Refer Secure allows you to schedule appointments directly with specific agents suggested by your Primerica representative.

      If specific agents are not available for appointments, you can send your appointment request to any agent. Any of Answer’s licensed insurance professionals will be happy to handle the appointment.

  3. How do I make sure the appointment goes to a specific agent?
    1. After selecting “Refer to a specific agent”, enter the specific agent’s name or extension in the Agent Name field. This will ensure your appointment request goes to the agent you prefer.
  4. What types of appointments are available?
    1. If you are referring to a specific agent, you can schedule a callback by selecting “Refer to a specific agent” as mentioned above.

      If you are referring to any agent, you can choose “Answer Calls Now” or schedule a callback for a date/time of your choosing.

      You should use the “Answer Calls Now” option to talk to an Answer agent within the next half hour. Use “Select a Callback Time” if you want to schedule an appointment sometime in the next 7 days.

  5. My preferred agent is not available for an appointment at the date and time desired. What should I do?
    1. If the agent is not available, s/he might be scheduled for another appointment or out of the office. You can try to schedule an appointment for another time that your agent is available, or you can try a different Answer agent.

      Any of Answer’s licensed insurance professionals will be happy to handle the appointment.

  6. What happens after an appointment request is submitted?
    1. After submitting your appointment request, you should see a confirmation letting you know your appointment request was successful. You will also receive an email confirming any Callback appointments.

      If you submitted an “Answer Calls Now” appointment request, Answer Financial will call sometime in the next half hour.

      If you submitted a Schedule a Callback appointment request, an Answer agent will call at the date and time requested.

  7. What happens if Answer doesn’t call at the date/time requested?
    1. Answer agents make every effort to call at the requested date/time. If the agent reaches voicemail, they will leave a voice message and call a second time.

      Please note that the agent’s call may come in from an unfamiliar number.
